Passion, dedication, and the aim to explore simple and contemporary pairings: these are the ingredients of our artisanal cuisine. All our dishes come from a combination of dexterity, creativity, and careful selection of raw materials.

Camana Veglia Restaurant offers mountain cuisine representing the Italian Alps with respect for the origins and attention to territory. Each plate is unique, special, homemade in every step of production.

THE RESTAURANT

Camana Veglia is the ideal place to live the experience of dining in a small museum. 

Its pine wood interiors date back to the end of the 19th century and come from ancient huts in Livigno. Carved ceilings, small objects of daily life from the past, and furnishings that now live a second life with crystal glasses and silverware. On the first floor, Four welcoming dining rooms will allow you to taste our dishes in an intimate and refined atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find our lounge bar where you can relax in front of the fireplace or comfortably sit in our armchairs. The restaurant is open every evening for dinner starting from 7.00 pm. Reservations are recommended.

WINES, SPIRITS, COCKTAILS AND LIQUEURS

250 constantly evolving labels. Rebecca, as the house sommelier, offers a complete menu covering the whole of Italy from north to south, the foreign proposals by choice vary monthly. Special attention is given to the Valtellina area, promoting small, very talented producers where possible.
50 Whiskey and Whiskey references have been carefully selected by Andrea, the waitress, to satisfy all fans of the sector, from the most delicate and soft Japanese to the most complex peated Highland wines.
Whether for an aperitif or after dinner, in the Camana lounge with the barlady Lucia you can taste delicious international cocktails with some proposals designed specifically for you.
And that’s not all, more than 30 gins to pair with artisanal tonics, 30 grappas and then agricultural rums to pair with dark chocolate and dried fruit.
At the end of the meal, as usual on convivial occasions, it ends with a sip of artisanal liqueurs, ask our staff.
